Models of houses and landscapes, the interior of buildings, of ruins as well as vehicles and airplanes give role-play-games, tabletop-games and other games their necessary dose of a particularly realistic appearance.
They can be made of diverse materials. Cardboard, wood, plaster, wire and plastic materials are used most frequently in model making. The models and model kits range from self-developed to industrially-made ones.
Plaster, coated on wire mesh or something similar, is often used in landscape model making; though, plaster is used for making models of buildings as well. One form of plaster-model-making uses plaster that has to be cast. Molds for this can be selfmade or they can be bought from specialized companies. Brix (SESŪ) and CastlemoldsŪ (Hirstarts) I have used myself. the results of that can be looked at here zu sehen.
I do not sell models neither do I make them on request. Everything here is only meant to be a display of a (my) hobby model making as a way to practice the handling of webtechniques ([X]HTML, CSS, ...) - see the beginning.
